Program Overview

A graduate level work-based program for leading responsible change

How can leaders generate or maintain sustainable organizations and balance responsibility, accountability, and profitability within society?   This change requires a new paradigm of leadership.

The Leadership for Change model guides and facilitates change, works collaboratively, transparently and creatively for the common good. Effective leaders gain measurable results, committed employees, loyal customers and strengthen community relationships, and protect the environment.
