Dean Boynton has consulted regularly with Asian, American, and European firms on strategy, teamwork, organization design, and leadership. He has written several books, including Invented Here (Harvard Business School Press). His articles have appeared in Organization Science, Harvard Business Review, Sloan Management Review, and California Management Review, as well as other leading journals. His new book, published by Prentice Hall, is titled Virtuoso Teams: Lessons from Teams That Changed Their Worlds. An article on the same topic appeared in Harvard Business Review, Summer 2005.
