Analyze bar sales and test new Point of Sale system for user acceptance

How many hours did you work per week?
40 hours

Describe a typical day of work.
Using Excel and Brio (database) to find, verify, and analyze pertinent data. Worked closely with rest of team to help out and receive help depending on who was busy that day.

What did you like best about your internship?
Weekly meetings with VP of Food and Beverage. Lead analyst for bar sales and was able to make recommendations for how bar data is collected and presented. Employee discount for a cruise for friends and me.

What did you like least about your internship?
Commute to Miami is frustrating at times. Some downtime.

What did you think of the company as a whole?
Fun company to work for and great group.

N/A. Didn't interview because no internship program. Got internship through family connection.

Considering your experience, would you recommend this internship to other students?
Absolutely. They are willing to have interns, but don't have a program.
