Rig has more than seven years of experience in building and sustaining successful employer relationships. His professional experience includes life skill coaching and working as a career specialist, where he has built a background in career counseling and professional development services. Rig contributed to the development of Career Development’ new international student integration program, as part of which he assisted in training students for a U.S. job search.
Before joining the staff at BC, Rig worked for the Boston Private Industry Council, where he provided career services for high school students. He earned his undergraduate degree in human services from the University of Massachusetts and his master of management degree at Cambridge College.
