Richard Spinello, PhD

Richard A. Spinello is Clinical Associate Professor in the Carroll School of Management at Boston College where he teaches courses on ethics, social issues in management, and corporate strategy.
Prior to joining the faculty of Boston College, he worked as a consultant and product manager in the software industry. He has written and edited nine books on applied ethics and related areas, including CyberEthics: Morality and Law in Cyberspace and A Defense of Intellectual Property Rights. He has also written numerous articles and scholarly papers on ethics and management that have appeared in journals such as Business Ethics Quarterly and Ethics and Information Technology.
