Professor Sannella teaches Marketing Principles, Services Marketing and Consumer Behavior at the undergraduate level. She has twenty years experience as an elementary school teacher. Professor Sannella's research interests lie in services and consumerism in children. She has been a member of the Interstate Certification Compact Approval Team which evaluates education schools for certification by the Massachusetts Department of Education. She also began a school banking program - the first of its kind located in an elementary school in Massachusetts - in conjunction with the Massachusetts Banking Association and Cambridge Savings Bank, and she continues to pursue this project. She is a frequent speaker for Catholic Charities on adoption issues.
Professor Sannella advises for the Marketing Department as the junior year abroad faculty advisor and for the Marketing Academy and Golden Key National Honor Society. Along with Father McIness, she began the Carroll School of Management Parents' Council.
