Robert Radin, Ph.D.

Bob Radin received a B.S. in accounting from Northeastern University, an M.B.A. from Babson College and a Ph.D. in management from Boston College. He joined the core faculty in 2006. He serves as an executive coach to executives in the U.S. and Europe and has been a board member for public, private and non-profit organizations since 1990.
Prior to his return to Boston College for a Ph.D. in 1996, Bob was an executive in the mutual funds industry for fifteen years having served as President of the mutual fund units of First Data Corporation and American Express Information Services.
His current research interests include corporate governance and the impact of organizational values on employee satisfaction and productivity. His publications have appeared in Corporate Governance and The Journal of Management Studies.
Dr. Radin teaches graduate courses in management, international management and corporate governance.
