Jiri Chod

Assistant Professor - Operations & Strategic Management Department

Professor Chod received his PhD in Operations Management from the Simon School of Business, University of Rochester and BS/MS in Economics from the Prague School of Economics, Czech Republic. Prior to joining Boston College in 2004, he spent a year as a research/teaching fellow at the Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College.

Professor Chod's research interests involve capacity and pricing policies, flexibility, applied game theory, risk management and the interface of operations management with economics and finance. His work has been published or accepted for publication in journals such as Operations Research and Management Science. He currently teaches Operations Management and Economics in the undergraduate and MBA programs.
