Message from the Chair
As a community of researchers and teachers, we are a productive and collegial department with publications in the elite marketing and management-related journals. In particular, our faculty has strong interests in customer relationship management and cross-functional initiatives. Additionally, funding received by the GE Fund allows us to continue within the cross-functional arena in pursuit of understanding how to bridge functional divides.
The marketing faculty are active members of the marketing community. Organizations such as the Academy of Marketing Science, the American Marketing Association, and the Association for Consumer Research are well represented among the department members.
