Plimoth Colony Re-Enactment

James Weiss, professor of church history, has served for some years as Consultant on Religion to Plimoth Plantation, the living museum with a replica of Mayflower and the early Pilgrim village. This summer 2012 he was featured in a special re-enactment of a crisis in the early Plymouth colony, taking the role of the Rev. John Lyford, an Oxford-educated Puritan priest of the Church of England, hired by the London investors to review and report on the Pilgrim colony.
