Boston College provides this notice as a result of the filing of a permanent labor certification application for the following job opportunity within the Theology department in Chestnut Hill, MA:

Professor of the Practice

Responsibilities include:

Teach graduate and undergraduate courses in Theology including Sacraments of Initiation, advise and supervise graduate and undergraduate students, serve on various departmental committees, and participate in the development of departmental programs. Forty hours per week, M-F 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 

Minimum education and experience requirements:

Ph.D. or foreign equivalent in Theology. Demonstrated ability to conduct research and teaching in Theology, with a specialization in Sacramental Theology.
