Paula (Blute) Ebben

class of 1989, songs for a new world cast

Award winning journalist Paula Ebben anchors WBZ-TV News in the Morning from 5-7AM as well as WBZ-TV News at Noon (12N-12:30PM) with co-anchor David Wade. She joined the station in December 2002 after working as an anchor and reporter for New England Cable News in Newton, Massachusetts.

A native of Massachusetts, Ebben also worked as a reporter for WGMC-TV in Worcester. She graduated from Boston College in 1989 with a bachelor of arts degree in English. While at the Heights, she appeared in many shows including Once Upon A Matress, The Tempest, Our Town, Translations and as Anna in The King and I. She still enjoys singing and is thrilled to be appearing at BC once again! She and her husband Bill Ebben (BC '87) have four children: Claire, Caroline, William and Quinn.
