Can I make adjustments or revisions to my Learning-Work Agreement?
Yes. At the beginning of the spring semester, PULSE students and PULSE placement supervisors both have the opportunity to make changes to the original terms of the Learning-Work Agreement by completing and signing this form. This can be quite useful if students or supervisors wish to alter tasks, learning goals, expectations, or policies. As with the original LWA, PULSE students and placement supervisors should confer about these changes before signing and submitting the form. In the case of a simple scheduling change, the form is not necessary.
Forms must be submitted to the PULSE office in McElroy 117 by Friday, February 8th.
