How to Apply to PULSE Council
Download an application for the PULSE Council available on the PULSE Home Page in February. The application contains a description of the PULSE Council role, which you should read carefully. Carefully read the application for all mandatory dates!
**Please note that there will be a mandatory training retreat for all PULSE Council members before the start of classes in the fall. This commitment is incompatible with other Boston College campus leadership positions. Please check for conflicts with other activities before applying.**

Applying
If you are interested in applying, bring your information sheet to the PULSE office. You will be contacted via email about the date, time and location of your interview. Your PULSE professor and current PULSE Council member will be asked to complete reference forms on your behalf. Consult the PULSE Calendar for due date of your information sheet and application essay.
If you are currently a sophomore and you are planning to spend one or two semesters studying abroad during your junior year, you can and should submit your application now. These applications, however, will not be considered this spring. Final consideration will be deferred until the following spring for membership on the following year's PULSE Council. You will be given one interview this spring and a second interview next year.
The entire PULSE Council and PULSE staff will carefully consider every applicant's file. Accepted applicants will be notified and results will be posted on the PULSE website. See the PULSE Calendar for dates regarding when the selections will be made.
