Non-Tenure-Track Position in Islamic Political Thought & Islamic Studies
The Department of Political Science and the Program in Islamic Civilization and Societies (ICS) seek to fill a non-tenure-track position in classical and contemporary Islamic political thought and Islamic studies, beginning in September 2016. The successful candidate will teach three courses per semester, including one introductory course per year in Islamic Civilization and one or two sections of a course on Fundamental Concepts of Politics and/or Introduction to Modern Politics, as determined by the two departments.
