Visiting Assistant Professor Positions
The Department of Mathematics at Boston College invites applications for temporary two-year positions beginning September 2016, with the possibility of renewal for a third year. Candidates should have high potential in research and truly excellent teaching. These positions are Visiting Assistant Professorships, and carry a 3-2 teaching load. Candidates should expect to receive their Ph.D prior to the start of the position, and have research interests in Number Theory, Representation Theory, Algebraic Geometry, Geometry, Topology or related areas.
