Join Math Department faculty for our Fall Block Party! Meet the professors who will be teaching courses next spring, and enjoy pizza and soda in a casual atmosphere. It will be held on November 5th, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. in Carney 309. Cosponsored by the BC Math Society.

Upper division mathematics class enrollment has jumped 33% over last fall's numbers. Additionally, undergraduates are filling sixteen places in our graduate courses.

The BC Problem Group is meeting every Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. in Carney 309, in preparation for the William Lowell Putnam competition in November. All are welcome to attend. For more information, visit Prof. Keane's website.
