Technology Consultants (TCs) at Boston College provide first-level computing and communications support to departments. This includes:
- Assistance with campus standard applications such as MS Office, Filemaker Pro and Netscape.
- Troubleshooting University applications such as AGORA
- Network Access/problems
- Printing problems
- Telephone problems
- Voice mail and e-mail assistance
- Recommendations for hardware, software and peripheral purchases
- TCs act as a liaisons between Information Technology and departments.
