Higgins Operations and Business Services
The research support staff members of the Higgins Operations and Business Services (HOBS) center are committed to ensuring faculty members are educated on research compliance topics applicable to external support.
HOBS meets annualy with all research active faculty one-on-one to discuss research compliance topics and strategies in support of their research programs. In addition to discussing major federal compliance issues we also distribute and discuss the following items:
- OMB A-21
In a continuing effort to offer public resources to all its members, HOBS has created a presentation containing the information in the quick reference guide (embedded below).
It is important to note that this is not all-encompasing of what research faculty and administrators need to know, but it's a good starting point to learn about major compliance issues.
If there are any questions on research compliance or if someone would like to request a face-to-face review please contact a HOBS representative (contact information below).
