Research Interests:
I am interested in the workings of the global economy in the modern era. My research is specifically focused on the connections that linked South Asia and the Indian Ocean region. Through this I hope to further bring to light the trade, culture, and politics of the eighteenth and nineteenth century that has shaped the world we live in today.
