Pamela J. Lannutti (Ph.D., University of Georgia) joined the Boston College community in 2001. She holds an M.A. from the University of Georgia and a B.A. from LaSalle University. Dr. Lannutti's area of expertise is Interpersonal Communication. Her research interests include the influence of alcohol consumption on dating and sexual communication, the negotiation of transitions and boundaries in same-sex and opposite-sex romantic relationships, and interpersonal aspects of the student-teacher relationship. Her work has been published in top journals in communication and related disciplines such as Human Communication Research, Communication Research, and Communication Education. An award winning teacher, Dr. Lannutti currently offers introductory and advanced courses in Interpersonal Communication. |
