Master of Science in Leadership and Administration

Students in the Master of Science in Leadership and Administration program are required to complete a total of ten courses. Every student completes six core courses plus an additional four courses within their area of specialization.

With a strong core designed around management principles you will be prepared to handle the challenges of this highly competitive and creative field.

With topics that range from employee management to labor relations to employment law, you will learn the skills and theory needed to excel in today’s HR field. Aligned to the major testing requirements of the Professional in Human Resources Exam, this specialization in human resources management will prepare you for the subject areas covered in the exam.

The Project Management sector is projected to grow by 6 millions jobs in the United States by 2020 and by an even greater number internationally. The critical skills and perspectives required by today’s project managers continue to evolve and expand as projects become increasingly complex and time more constrained. The Project Management specialization at BC’s Woods College is designed to provide the adaptive management and problem-solving skills needed to succeed in this exciting field.
