The IIIC’s English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) program offers students the opportunity to build the critical language skills they need to help them improve their English language fluency, and gain the most important tools necessary to secure meaningful employment and integrate and communicate successfully in the United States. There are beginner and intermediate classes that are set to match the individual’s appropriate level and education goals, learning styles and language needs.  Classes are offered in the fall and spring and run for 18-weeks.  ESOL classes meet twice a week in the morning or afternoon, beginning in September or in February.  Courses cost $100 for the full 18-weeks.  In addition to our courses, we offer tutoring that is catered to fit the individual's specific need.  Students and seasoned tutors can meet once or twice a week, depending on scheduling.  Tutoring costs $50 and lasts for 10-weeks, with the option to continue after the 10-weeks are completed.  If you or someone you know is interested in high quality, ESOL courses, please contact Bonnie Greenwood at 617-542-7654 ext. 36 or by email at bgreenwood@iicenter.org.
