FOR FALL 2008 ROOM RESERVATIONS

  • The only room requests that can be submitted from June through July 2008 are for large-scale, special events (e.g., guest lectures, performances, intercollegiate dances, banquets, Dustbowl events). Please note that you will not receive a response until late August. DO NOT SUBMIT DUPLICATE REQUESTS.
  • Requests for club meetings and rehearsal space must be submitted after August 1, 2008.


Submission of the Space Reservation Request Form does not guarantee space. Requests are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Room requests submitted after 11 a.m. on weekdays will be reviewed on the following business day. Once a request is processed, ODSD will confirm the space reservation if it does not require any services via email within 5 business days (Monday through Friday). If services are required, you should receive an email from your ODSD advising dean within 5-7 business days. Please contact Sharon Blumenstock at sharon.blumenstock.1@bc.edu if the confirmation is not received within the timeframe.

Non-ODSD registered clubs or organizations cannot use this form to request space.

You must complete one form for each date you are requesting. There is NO option for multiple dates.

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT PUBLICITY BANNERS:

  • Before creating a spray paint banner, a student group representative must go to ODSD in 21 Campanella Way, Suite 242 to pick up a plastic drop sheet to lay under the banner so that concrete surfaces will not be damaged.
  • Banners must be created outdoors. Banners may not be spray painted inside 21 Campanella Way, McElroy, or other buildings.
  • When the banner is brought to one of the stamping locations for approval and stamp, the plastic sheet used under the banner while spray painting must also be returned at the same time.
