The University Research Council (URC) advises the Vice Provost for Research and the Provost on issues that affect the research success of our students, faculty, and staff. In addition, members of the URC serve as reviewers of Research Expense Grant and Research Incentive Grant applications.

The Vice Provost for Research appoints faculty members for a three-year term. Students serve for one year. Current members of the University Research Council are:
