The Office of Technology Transfer and Licensing was created to:
- Protect the intellectual property discovered and created by members of the university community;
- Assist faculty and students in moving innovative ideas from the university into the marketplace for the improvement of society;
- Establish and manage protective relationships with company partners;
- Educate faculty and students on intellectual property issues;
- Protect Intellectual Property discovered or created by the university community; and
- Ensure compliance with sponsor and university policies.
This site offers members of the university community guidance and resources to assist them in identifying, protecting, and commercializing intellectual assets.
