*Dr. Mohanty's presentation on her PhD work won the Outstanding Student Paper Award (OSPA) in Space Physics and Aeronomy at the 2017 Fall Meeting of the AGU.  Outstanding Student Paper Awards (OSPAs) are awarded to promote, recognize and reward undergraduate, Master’s and PhD students for quality research in the geophysical sciences.  Typically the top 2-5% of presenters in each Section are awarded an OSPA.
