CURRENT FACTS
Our Aging & Work Facts Database now contains hundreds of facts!
Each fact describes a particular aspect of the United States multi-generational workforce.
We select facts from quality journal articles and reports published by non-profit and for-profit agencies and organizations, as well as from the Center's own research. Each fact is coded with one or more topics. Many of the facts, including the example above, also include graphs.
AGING & WORK LITERATURE
Interested in learning more about age and work-related factors?
The Aging & Work Literature Database provides a first-stop searchable resource for information about the multi-generational workplace in the United States and around the world. Our collection targets the information needs of scholars and researchers, workplace practitioners, state public policy makers, and interested individuals.
Updated monthly, our Literature Database currently contains hundreds of references selected from quality academic journals, non-profit agency/organization reports, books and book chapters. Searching is easy with topic descriptors and keywords.
For public/unrestricted reports users can link directly to the full-text. Specific citation information is provided for journal articles and other restricted sources so that users can locate the original reports in libraries or through document delivery services.
The database is open to public use now for a limited time. After this brief beta-test period, access to the full database will be restricted to researchers and others who are affiliated with the center.
