A New Addition to the Innovative Practices Database: Caregiver Recruitment & Retention Strategies, Renewal Care Partners

Renewal Care Partners works with community-based organizations to recruit a diverse workforce, including older adults, to work as caregivers. The company has been successful in retaining employees in a high-turnover industry sector by providing training, support and advancement opportunities to all employees.
