time & place management: secret sauce or spoiler?
Time & Place Management (TPM) initiatives can improve organizational effectiveness. Examples from our research examining "Positive Deviants" or those who make flexibility work against all odds show how.
This TPM webinar session is designed to provide experienced business partners and human resource leaders with examples of how two very different industries are implementing TPM while also enhancing team effectiveness and productivity within a multi-generational workforce.
In this hour-long webinar, we will define and differentiate TPM from the old concept of workplace flexibility. You will gain an understanding and be able to make preliminary decisions about advancing time and place choices. After listening, you will be able to anticipate challenges and be part of the solution. We will provide some detail about successful implementation strategies through 3 key themes: design, exposure, and engagement through lessons from the field. Finally, we will define positive deviants and provide critical insights into how they appear in organizations.
