1 in 4 workers age 50+ report access to flexible work arrangements for retirement transition

"Among age 50+ workers, the most frequently cited forms of employer [retirement] assistance are opportunities to shift from full-time to part-time (23%) and flexible work arrangements (22%). Fewer than 20% are offered financial counseling, retirement seminars, or other programs." according to a 2015 Transamerica survey of workers and retirees.
