Fact of the Week: 3 November 2014


When adults aged 40-59 were asked to rate the most important factors in their definitions of a "dream" job, 22% said that having a good work-life balance was most important, while 12% said having a flexible work schedule was most important, according to a 2014 AARP survey. In comparison, 23% chose having a high pay/salary, while 15% chose low stress.
