Half of U.S. Employers Offer Wellness Programs

"Approximately half of U.S. employers offer wellness promotion initiatives... Most employers (72 percent of those offering a wellness program) characterize their wellness programs as a combination of screening activities and interventions," according to a 2013 analysis of data from the RAND Employer Survey.
