4 out of 10 Older Workers Have Management and Professional Jobs

"Among the 29 million employees age 55+, 42% have management and professional jobs, and 24% have sales and office jobs. Another 14% have service jobs, including such jobs as health care support, protective service jobs, food preparation, and related occupations," according to a 2013 analysis of Current Population Survey data.
