Participation in Retirement Plans with Auto-enrollment is 10% Higher Than in Plans Without Auto-enrollment
Retirement plans with "automatic enrollment have higher participation rates than those without this plan feature. Only 67.3 % of workers participate in plans without an auto-enrollment provision, compared with 77.1% of workers in plans with automatic enrollment."
