Half of Recent College Graduates Expect They Will Do Better Financially Than Their Parents Did
Only about half (48%) of recent college graduates “thought they will have more financial success than their parents. About a third (29%) thought they will do as well as their parents and one-fifth (20%) thought they will not do as well financially as their parents did," according to a 2012 study from the Heldrich Center.
