Boomers Twice as Likely to Stay with Current Employers as Younger Workers
"More than half (54%) of Gen Y workers agree that given the choice they hope to be working for another employer in 2012, compared to 37% of GenX workers, 27% of younger boomers and 21% of older boomers," according to a 2012 Metlife report.
