Almost Three-quarters of Employees Would Like Benefits Geared to Their Age Groups
"73% of employees say that they value more personalized benefits geared to employee age groups, while 53% of employers report that they are likely to offer benefits geared to employee age groups in the next 5 years," according to a 2012 Metlife report.
