About Half of Employed, College-educated Boomers Prefer Jobs Where They Can Make an Impact
"Having a job where I can make an impact on causes or issues that are important to me" was rated as "very important or essential" to 52% of Baby Boomers, compared to 59% of Millenials and 49 percent of GenXers, according to a 2012 Heldrich Center survey of workers who had graduated from college and were employed full-time.
