| Younger Employees Feeling Pressure to Balance Work-Life Responsibilities
Two-fifths (39%) of younger workers (employees aged 18-29) are frequently or nearly always concerned about their work-life balance, compared to one in four workers aged 60+ (24%). A third (31%) of the younger workers are also concerned about pressure to work longer hours, compared to 17% of workers in their 60s, according to a 2011 global survey of working adults.
