Celina Pagani-Tousignant is the president and founder of Normisur International, which collaborates with companies, government, NGOs, and communities to promote Corporate Social Responsibility, Community Involvement, Work/Life, Diversity, and Executive Coaching in today’s workforce. With a MA in Clinical Psychology, Celina is a licensed Marriage, Family and Child Counselor and is author of Breaking the Rules- Counseling Ethnic Minorities as well as many articles on counseling, Diversity, and Employee Assistance Programs. Celina is currently a senior consultant for Asociación Empresarial Para el Desarrollo in Costa Rica. Born in Uruguay, she is fluent in Spanish, French, and Portuguese, and has trained over 6,500 individuals internationally.
