Sharon P. McKechnie, PhD Assistant Professor of Management Emmanuel College

Sharon McKechnie is an Assistant Professor of Management at Emmanuel College in Boston. She completed her Ph.D in Organizational Behavior at Boston College and holds an M.Sc. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Manchester. Dr. McKechnie’s research interests include employee engagement amongst different age groups and how technology influences individual and inter-group communication. Before entering academia Dr. McKechnie had experience working in the for-profit, not-for-profit and government sectors.
