Jungui Lee, Ph.D., is a research fellow for the division of Lifelong Education Policy, National Institute for Lifelong Education in S. Korea. Prior to that, she was a research associate at the Sloan Center on Aging & Work. Her research interests include educational program development, cross-national comparative research with regard to training policies, and work-life balance.
