Kim Lee DeAngelis is a research associate at the Sloan Center on Aging & Work, Boston College, working with multi-generational research in organizations—current case studies and workshops. Previously, Kim held the position as Director, Human Resources, Talbots. In this role, she served as a human resource advisor, coach and consultant to senior management. With over 20 years in private industry, as an innovative human resources leader, she has developed and led global initiatives in organizational effectiveness, organizational design and change, performance management, and leadership programs. Dr. DeAngelis earned her Ph.D. in human & organizational systems from Fielding Graduate University where she conducted research analyzing members of Generation X in the workplace.
