Space Reservation Information:

 Available for reservation 6:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

*Unavialable Wednesday Nights for space reservation

Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. -  5:00 p.m. space reservation available with Faculty or Staff
member present.

All reservations are made through the Event Space Reservation System

 

This space is intended for student use. Preference will be given to student groups and other student-centric activities. If requesting the space outside of normal hours of operation, student groups must have a staff or faculty advisor present to take responsibility for the space.

As part of booking the space, we ask that you agree to the “Memo of Understanding” below so that the space remains in good working order. If you have any questions, please reach out to Brian Regan (brian.regan@bc.edu.)  

Memo Of Understanding

  • Please pick up a key at the Office of Residential Life at least three days in advance if approved to use the space outside of scheduled hours Monday-Friday or on weekend. 

  • If food is part of your event, please make sure that all food trash is disposed of and food boxes (ie. Pizza boxes) are taken to the dumpsters outside of Duchesne Hall

  • Please return furniture to its original location.

  • If you plan to use the kitchen, please confirm with Katie in advance as this space is shared with another office.

  • If using the stove or oven, please note it is a gas range and to reference the manual (attached to this memo if using the oven/stove). Please provide your own bakeware/cookware.

  • If you utilize the kitchen, please ensure that all surfaces are wiped.

  • If you have a key for the space after-hours, please ensure that the front door to 825
    is locked.

Please note that during regular business hours, Boston College staff and external consultants occupy the space on the second and third floor. Please be respectful of all shared spaces.
