In order for the Office of Transportation & Parking Services to follow-up on your situation, we ask that you be as accurate as possible in detailing your problem. Please include the exact date, time and location of your problem. If you experienced a problem with a specific driver, please give us their name and/or bus number. Bus numbers are located on the front and back of every bus.
