BC Leaders for Others is a leadership development program for student organization leaders and members who want to expand their leadership skills.

BC Leaders for Others (BCLFO) Student Organization Consultations are an opportunity for student organizations at BC to have personalized access to the Peer Leadership Consultants (PLCs).  Based on the MyBC interest form, the PLCs create a 60 minute session specifically focused around the student organization's individual needs and goals under specific consultation topics.  The current topics are Team building, Efficicent Management and Leadership, and Visioning/Goal Setting. Like the BCLFO Let's Talk Leadership series, the consultations also count for Leadership training hours.

Consultations are now closed for the Fall semester, please check back for Spring dates after the first of the year.

Please click on this link to fill out an interest form and our PLCs will get in touch to set up a time to meet:

Sign up through MyBC or send an e-mail to bcleadership@bc.edu.

The BC Leaders for Others will be providing Let’s Talk Leadership speaker events centered around key areas of leadership throughout the year to give student organization leaders and members tools to advance themselves as leaders and their organizations.  The Peer Leadership Consultants will be providing leadership consultations to the student organizations to further build the abilities of the student organizations.

Students who participate in BC Leaders for Others will have an opportunity to learn and discuss their personal philosophy of leadership, the challenges they face in leading (and being led), and the skills necessary to effectively lead others.
