NEW: Request Student Account Refund

The Office of Student Services is pleased to announce that student account refunds can now be processed by direct deposit into your student’s checking or savings account. With direct deposit, students will receive their refunds faster and without the hassle of picking up and depositing checks. The service is free and completely secure. To enroll in direct deposit, students simply log in to their Portal account (https://portal.bc.edu), select the My Bill option from the My Services page, and then select the Direct Deposit link to provide their account information. If they have stored a payment profile in My Bill, they can use that account without having to re-enter the information.

Once enrolled in direct deposit, they can request a refund by selecting “Request Student Account Refund” from the My Services page in the Portal. This link has replaced the “Student Account” link previously used for refund requests.

Refunds will still be available by check, but beginning on October 29, paper checks will only be issued once per week.
