What is Online Billing and Payment?
All BC students and authorized third parties, such as parents, guardians, or
sponsors, will be able to view tuition and fees bills and make secured payments
electronically through our online billing service.
How Do Online Billing and Payment Work?
You will be notified at your BC e-mail address whenever an online bill is generated.
You should, then, logon to your Agora Services account and click on the link
for My Bill, which will take you to QuikPAY®, BC's online billing website.
If you forward your BC e-mail account, make sure your forwarding address is accurate. If you fail to provide your correct forwarding address, you will not receive an e-mail notification. However, you will still be responsible for all pending charges and late fees, if applicable.
Back to top of documentHow Do I Authorize a Third-Party Payer?
To authorize third-party payers go to the “My Bill” link on Agora,
which will take you to BC's online billing website, QuikPAY®. Select “Authorize
Payers” from the menu bar and then follow the instructions. You will be
asked to provide e-mail addresses and temporary login names and passwords for
all third-party payers. Once authorized, they will be notified by e-mail of
a pending bill. They may view statements and make online payments through a
link to QuikPAY® in their e-mail notification. They must type in the login
name and password you assigned them.
What if an Authorized Payer Forgets His/Her Password?
The student must reset the password if an authorized payer loses or forgets
his/her password. The student will click the Reset Password from within the
authorized payer's section of QuikPAY. A randomly generated password will be
e-mailed to the primary e-mail address on the authorized payer's account. The
student will not have access to the new password.
How do third-party payers access the accounts for more
than one family member at Boston College?
The third-party payer can still use the same password and email address for
all accounts, but the login name for additional family members needs to be different.
For example, if the login name for the third-party payer is billdad, the second
student could assign billdad2 as the login name for the same third party payer.
Is the Online Billing Website Secure?
Yes. The technical architecture/security of the online billing website provides
for intrusion detection and firewall systems to protect the network.
How can I make an Online Payment?
You may pay electronically any day of the week from a checking or statement
savings account in the United States. You may keep your bank account information
on the website or enter it each time you make an online payment.
Authorized payers will only be able to view their own payment and bank information. Each authorized payer is assigned a separate password for added security and privacy.
Back to top of documentHow do my parents/authorized payers pay the bill?
Authorized third-party payers can pay tuition and fees bills through the system's
online payment feature. Checking and savings account information from a bank
within the United States can be entered on the QuikPAY® website. Payments will
be transferred electronically to Boston College. You may keep your bank account
information on the website or enter it each time you make an online payment.
To ensure security and privacy, each authorized payer is assigned a separate password to access his/her account and payment history. No one else, not even the student, will be able to view a third-party payer's confidential account information.
Authorized payers can also print the bill and send a check or money order (no cash) made payable to Boston College through the mail to the following address:
