Classroom Requests

Beginning Wednesday, February 11, chairpersons and administrators will be able to use a new online system to process requests for spring semester one-time classroom and auditorium space bookings.

To use the Bureau of Conferences' online Scheduling and Event Management System (EBMS), logon to portal.bc.edu. Click on "My Services." Select "Room Reservation System."

You will need to create a user profile the first time that you use the system, and you will need a valid budget chart string to book a room. If you encounter any problems when creating your profile, please contact Cathy Jamieson in the Bureau of Conferences at 617-552-0311.
